Warranties and Limitation of Liability
All parts supplied by our Network Members carry a minimum warranty of 30 days. This warranty is provided by the Network members and not us. In some cases the warranty period may be more and you are advised to clarify this with the Network Member. You fully accept that we do not warrant, guarantee, and endorse any parts or other products or services offered to you through our Website by our Network Members. Further, you accept that we are not a party to the transaction between you and the Network Members, nor do we act as Agents for any network member, our role is simply as an introducer. Any contract that you make to purchase spares will be between you and our Network Members. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall have no liability whether in contract, tort or otherwise for; direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profit whether caused by the supply of the services we provide through our Website or information set out on our Website. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. You agree that the partscy is only the mediator between possible suppliers and you will take your own advice and make your own decision as to whether to purchase any Goods. We makes certain efforts to ensure that all network suppliers are of an acceptable standard but we do not make any warranty whatsoever with regard to their fitness to provide any particular goods or any other matter.
Charges/ Condition of Spare Parts/ Returns
You will be pleased to know that the service that we provide to you through our Website is free of charge. If you find a spare part that you are looking for through our Network Members and you want to proceed to purchase the parts then you contract directlyto us. Our Network Members will confirm to you whether or not the spare they are supplying is new, used or re-conditioned, their charges including delivery costs and delivery times and warranty guarantee details. If you have any questions with regards to the spares then please ask us. Check and examine every spare part that you receive from our Network Members immediately upon receipt and again before installing/ fitting the same. If there are any discrepancies, markings, damages, false representations as to condition or quality then take this up with them immediately.
E-mail Newsletters
The partscy network operates email newsletters on many of its sites. These are free to sign up to. What we ask of you is your email address, at times we may ask you for further information, which is used for demographic purposes. We do not give our email lists out to other parties. Our newsletters may contain promotions or advertisements from various businesses or information on other sites or services that we offer.
